TotaCat Refund Policy

At TotaCat, we are dedicated to enhancing your experience with your cats through our quality products. We believe in the effectiveness of our offerings and recommend that you use them for a minimum of 14 days before considering a return. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please reach out to us at hello@totacat.com.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that any changes or cancellations to your order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate your request, as the order will have already entered the processing phase. If you do cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We are confident in the quality of our products and encourage you to try them for at least 14 days to fully experience the benefits of TotaCat. If you remain unsatisfied and wish to return the items, you may do so after 14 days but within the 60-day period covered by our money-back guarantee. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are not refundable.

To initiate a return, contact our support team by filling out the form on our Contact Us page or send us an email directly at hello@totacat.com. To expedite your return, please provide your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used to place the order.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damaged packaging, such as dented boxes, does not qualify as damage if the product is in good condition.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us at hello@totacat.com and include a clear photo of the damage. We will assess whether you are eligible for a replacement at no cost. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we strive to deliver your order promptly, we cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays that are beyond our control, including issues caused by the courier, customs, or other unforeseen factors. If you encounter any problems with your delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If the address is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing your order, you will not be entitled to a resend or a refund.
