Order Processing Times

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is on its way to your chosen address. During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

The estimated delivery time for your package refers to the overall transit time after your order has been dispatched to the carrier. This can vary based on several factors, with your location being the most significant. Please see the estimated delivery times according to your country of residence:

🇨🇦 Canada: 5-10 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 5-10 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 7-14 business days
🌍 Other International Locations: 10-20 business days

Please note that during peak times and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit times and tracking updates that are outside of our control. If your product is being shipped internationally, unexpected customs delays may also occur, potentially increasing the overall delivery timeframe.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping details are accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate shipping information may lead to delayed processing or order cancellation. For any address issues detected by our system, our customer support team will reach out via email to verify your shipping details within 3 business days of your order being placed. If we do not receive a response within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at hello@totacat.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make adjustments after this time.

Delayed Delivery

At TotaCat, we understand that receiving your order promptly is important to you, and we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, please be aware that there may be delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.

For instance, courier partners may encounter unexpected delays or issues during transit, such as severe weather conditions or transportation disruptions. In such cases, we will work diligently with the courier to ensure that your package is delivered as soon as possible.

Additionally, unforeseen circumstances such as product availability issues, address verification problems, or payment processing delays may affect the processing or shipment of your order. We will notify you as soon as possible if we encounter any issues that may cause a delay.

Please note that TotaCat is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by external factors beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. However, we will always do our best to keep you updated on your order status and provide assistance to resolve any issues that may arise.

Lost or Stolen Packages

At TotaCat, we understand how frustrating it can be to experience lost or stolen packages during the shipping process. However, once we hand over the package to our courier partners, it is beyond our control. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@totacat.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

We recommend reaching out to the courier company directly to file a claim for lost or stolen packages. Most courier companies have a claims process and may require additional information from you to complete it. We will also follow up with the courier company on your behalf to provide updates regarding your claim.

Please note that TotaCat is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during shipping, and these situations fall outside of our refund policy. However, we will do everything we can to help you resolve the issue. If the package remains unlocated or undelivered, we may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances.

In some cases, the courier company may be able to locate your package and deliver it to you. If the package is not found, we recommend filing a police report.
